Function

This control system is used to deal with the exhaust gas produced during vitamin production. It is composed of main fan, relay fan, main exhaust fan, biological filter, activated carbon adsorption device, drying fan and other equipment. The tail gas produced in the production workshop is sent to the biological filter by the main exhaust fan. After the harmful substances in the tail gas react with the bacteria in the filter, it is sent to the activated carbon adsorption device to treat the large air volume, low concentration of the machine exhaust gas, concentrate it into a small air volume, and high concentration of the machine exhaust gas after purification. The high concentration of organic waste gas adsorbed on the surface of activated carbon is desorbed by 90℃ hot air, and the high concentration of organic waste gas desorbed is sent to the main fan for discharge.
