Function Description: The operation of a high-temperature dust collector consists of a cleaning process and a unloading process. The control system is equipped with manual/automatic control modes. The selection switch is set to "automatic" and "timed" positions. The cleaning cycle and pulse interval are set through the touch screen. The pulse valve blows the dust at the set time. After the blowing time is completed, the ash unloading process enters. The pneumatic gate valve on the upper layer of the hopper is opened, and the high-temperature electromagnetic valve is opened to spray high-temperature gas into the dust collector. The dust falls into the hopper, and the number of blowing times is controlled by the program. After completing the number of blowing cycles, close the gate valve on the upper layer of the hopper and enter the cooling waiting process. After the material cools to room temperature, open the gate valve on the lower layer of the hopper. Empty the material from the hopper and proceed to the next ash cleaning and unloading cycle.
